Feature Client of the Month – Lennox Industries

Lichtefeld, Inc. recently had the opportunity to design and construct a “build to suite” project for Lenox Industries. This 15,000 s.f. office/warehouse building is located in the Bluegrass Industrial Park in Louisville, Kentucky.

This location is being used for heating and air conditioning equipment and parts distribution.   The building is a Butler manufactured custom engineered widespan metal building system.  The building has Flat Stylwall metal wall panels and masonry (half high) multi-wall-system on front and sides.  Both sides and rear have Butler manufactured Shadow wall metal panels.  The front has storefront economy glass systems. The  building base has concrete footings, foundations and slabs.  The roof is our state of the art standing machine seamed Butler MR-24 roof system.  The roof is insulated with R-30 white vinyl faced insulation with 25-year warranty on the roof system.  There are 3 insulated overhead door’s, air rotation systems and hi-bay fluorescent standard lighting.
