The building is a Butler Mfg. pre-engineered metal building that includes a MR-24 standing machine seamed roof with 9″ of insulation and Shadowall metal wall panels, overhead doors, and dock doors with dock levelers. Interior elements include offices, showroom, conference room, lobby, restrooms, and a coffee bar.
