The Property Details

45,000 s.f. Warehouse expansion with Butler state of the art MR-24 standing machine seam roof system (20 year warranty), R-30 insulation in the roof, Butler BR-II metal wall panels R-19 in the walls, new LED lighting, add ventilation systems, add one new drive-in door, included drive in ramps and rails. The project has 6″ of compacted dense grade stone and 6″ of 4000 psi concrete slabs, back fill and asphalt patch backs around the parameter installed, blending in  the old parking with the new parking lot. Landscaping installed per code.
