Property Details

This 42,500 s.f. Butler building addition is for expanded fabrication of conveyor systems for Voestalpine Corporation.  The building is an open warehouse metal box addition with R-30 insulation in the roof and R-19 insulation in the walls.  There is 8′ metal liner panel around the perimeter of the inside.

There are two dock height doors with dock locks, dock levelers, and dock lights.  A drive-in ramp ingress, and a drive-in ramp for egress.  All briding, bracing, gutters and downspouts included.
