The shop area is 11,000 sf.. The building is a custom metal building by Butler Mfg. and has masonry block wainscot facades, store front glass windows, metal panel walls, metal pedestrian doors, Overhead doors for the shop, MR-24 standing machine seamed roof, 25 year warranty, all insulated to meet code.
