7,113.50 s.f. warehouse building addition from Butler Manufacturing, added on to 7,113.50 s.f. existing warehouse/office building for a total of 15,276 s.f. Work includes:
- Relocate electrical and tele/data utilities
- Relocate existing drive-in overhead door
- Add (2) new dock doors, (1) with pit leveler
- Add a fire wall between new and existing construction.
- Patch back existing parking lot
- Regrade site to drain correctly
- Seed straw finish
