Property Details

20,250 s.f office with cross docking.  The building will be a Butler engineered steel structure with a MR-24 standing seam roof system.  Insulated Stylewall wall panels above the office area and Shadowall wall panels at the warehouse.  The building will have 28 loading dock doors with compression seals and dock levelers.  

Site work includes 5-acres developed to include standard duty paving, heavy duty paving at the loading docks and compaced gravel for tractor trailer parking with a retention basin.
