Mark E. Lichtefeld, born September 1970 in Louisville, came into the family business directly out of college.
In 1989, Mark graduated from Trinity High School. He then studied four years at Eastern Kentucky University where he received a B.S. Degree in Construction Technology with a minor in Business.
While handling scholastic matters during his college education, Mark became a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity where he held several different offices. Mark held the offices of Associate Chairman, Associate Trainer, Rush Chairman, and finally President of the Mu Beta chapter within the TKE organization.
In 1995, right after graduation, Mark put his college degree to work as a part of the Lichtefeld team. He has currently become a partner of the company along with his father and two brothers. Mark has brought with him a fresh new perspective from the new age of Construction Technology.
Currently, Mark Lichtefeld is Lead Project Manager handling construction management, estimating, property management, drafting and design, and sales.
On a more personal level, Mark enjoys snow skiing, snowboarding, whitewater kayaking, Porsche Club racing, scuba diving, and travel.
Mark also participates with many of the local charity organizations fundraisers such at the Boy Scouts of America, the Special Olympics, and the American Diabetes Association.
