This project is being built on 5.32 acres in 2 phases.  Phase I is a 53,000 s.f. cylinder fill station.  This facility fills different type cylinder tanks of Helium, propane, oxygen, acetylene, and mixes special gases in their factory here.  Phase II will be a 9,600 s.f. storage building.    Both buildings are Butler Mfg. structural systems with a MR24 standing machine seamed roof system, Kingspan flat wall panels, Maxbric masonry facades, storefront glass, overhead doors, drive-in doors, and hollow metal pedestrian doors.  There is also a 12′ tall, 8″ thick concrete security wall around the perimeter of the property, about 1,900 lineal feet as well as four entrances with a decorative gate system.

Unique characteristics are:  25′ column free, clear span exterior overhangs, fully metal lined ceilings and walls inside, entire concrete parking lot from end to end, underground detention to handle 5.32 acres of storm water run-off, and an exterior elevated dock under cover.

There are 43 parking spaces.  The cylinder building has 4,500 s.f. of office space and 4,500 s.f. of open mezzanine above the office area for future growth.  There are two drive-in ramps to the cylinder building, helium pipe storage pad, tank farm, and outside storage.

This project is design and built by Lichtefeld, Inc. in partnership with AI Architects and Sabak Wilson along with Weldcoa equipment designers and installers.
