Owner will lease 4,600 s.f. to the gym concept, AnyTime fitness gym. Lichtefeld, Inc was hired to demo and renovate the current space to a new Anytime fitness concept. Work included drywall, paint, studs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpet, tiles, and special construction. Plans, permitting, and design was handled by and collaborated with AnyTime fitness.
