This is a 10,800 s.f. warehouse building addition to an existing building. The building manufacturer is Butler Mfg. Our state of the art MR-24 standing machine seamed roof system on the building with 25 year warranty, BR-II corrugated wall panels, R-30 insulation on the roof, R-19 on the walls, two man doors (hollow metal frames and doors), one drive-in OHD with ramp into the building, air rotation in new building, replacing existing air conditioning system, all open conditioned warehouse space, repainting existing warehouse to match the new warehouse addition. The existing site will be repaved at some point maybe late summer.
